By creating an account or using HVAC Assist Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HVAC Assist Pro is a subscription-based AI troubleshooting and reference platform for HVAC and service professionals. It includes an AI assistant, diagnostic tools, a resource library, a repair forum, and technical reference content.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, billed monthly through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Subscription fees are charged to your selected payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current paid period. Business (team) plans provide a number of seats as described at the time of purchase.

Each subscription may be signed in on up to three (3) devices — for example, a phone, a tablet, and a laptop. Devices do not need to be used simultaneously. Signing in from an additional device will lock the account as a security precaution.

A locked account remains inaccessible until an administrator unlocks it. If you replaced a device, cleared your browser data, or believe your credentials were used without your permission, contact us and we will review and unlock your account.

Sharing your login credentials with other people is a violation of these Terms and may result in the subscription being terminated without a refund.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and professionally. You may not share your account credentials, resell access, attempt to disrupt the Service, or post abusive, misleading, or infringing content in the forum.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

AI-generated guidance is provided for informational support and is not a substitute for manufacturer documentation, applicable codes, or professional judgment.

HVAC systems can involve electrical, pressurized refrigerant, and combustion hazards. You are responsible for your own safety practices and for verifying any diagnostic or repair guidance against authoritative sources before acting. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Service, its design, and its curated content are owned by HVAC Assist Pro and its licensors. Content you post in the forum remains yours; you grant us a license to display it within the Service.

You may permanently delete your account and its associated data from the Account Settings screen. This action cannot be undone. Certain financial records may be retained where required for legal or accounting compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAC Assist Pro and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance or community content.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
