You have the subscription. This page is the rollout — redeem the code, add your technicians, and have the crew diagnosing on real calls this week.
One seat per technician
Full access on iOS, Android and any browser.
Admin console
Seats, devices, sign-ins, usage and billing.
Company access code
One code links the business to every seat.
Set-up, in order
Redeem the company access code
Enter the code from your purchase on the Business access page — that links the company to your account and unlocks every seat.
Invite your technicians
On the Team page, type each tech's email. The seat is reserved instantly — existing accounts get access right away, everyone else gets an invitation to register.
Have them sign in with that email
App Store, Google Play, or the browser — the same account works on all three, so a session started in the van opens on the tablet back at the shop.
Watch the console
The Admin page shows who is on the plan, what devices they sign in from, what was used, and the leads and finance views.

First week with the crew
Day 1
20 minutes together: install, sign in, run one diagnosis on a real job.
Day 2
Each tech opens Diagnose before touching the unit on their next call.
Day 3
Point them at the field tools — PT charts, static pressure, superheat and subcooling.
Week 1
Ask every tech to post one forum question and mark one accepted solution.
Three pages to bookmark
Business access redeems your code, Team manages seats and invites, Admin shows who signed in, from what device, and what the plan is using.

Your first 10 minutes
Sign in with the invited email
Install from the App Store or Google Play, or use the browser. Same account on every device.
Open Diagnose
Equipment type, make and model, fault code if you have one, then the symptoms in your own words.
Answer the questions
One reading at a time — only the ones that actually change the answer.
Confirm the fix
Rate the diagnosis and the session stays in your dashboard for the next unit like it.
Six habits that make it pay for itself
Start at Diagnose, not at a search engine
The guided session is built for a unit in front of you. It narrows the fault with ranked causes, the tests that confirm each one, and the readings that settle it.
Feed it readings and it gets sharp
Pressures, superheat and subcooling, line and ambient temps, static pressure, voltage and amp draw. Real readings turn a general answer into a model-specific one.
Use the Pro Assistant for a second opinion
When you want to talk it through — compare two possible causes, decode a code, explain a control sequence — ask in plain English and it answers in plain English.
Let the library do the digging
Service manuals, wiring diagrams and quick references stored by equipment type. Every diagnosis checks the library first, so saved specs get reused instead of re-searched.
Keep the field tools open
PT charts, superheat and subcooling, static pressure, airflow CFM, duct sizing, electrical and balance point — all one-handed, on a roof, in the sun.
Post the ones that have you stuck
The repair forum is sorted by equipment category. Mark the reply that fixed it as the solution and rate it — accepted answers build your reputation and climb the leaderboard.
In the field-tools tab
Say when it is wrong. The helpful / not helpful buttons on each answer are what keep future diagnoses on track.
One seat per technician. Sign in with your own invited email — sharing a login trips the device limit and locks you out mid-call.
